Welcome to Parkview, a stylish 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house located on a quiet cul-de-sac with Anderson Park on your doorstep. Two Master Bedrooms with Ensuites, Walk-in wardrobes, and Park Views. One has a Queen size bed and quiet Work Space, the other has a King size bed and Heat Pump. A sunny third bedroom with single bed and a separate bathroom and toilet, make it perfect for families or groups. Relax in the spacious lounge with smart TV, fireplace, and heat pump, or enjoy the fully equipped kitchen and dining area. A private bath tub adds the perfect touch after a day exploring Hawke’s Bay. Outside, a BBQ and alfresco dining area complete the setting.
