Quiet suburban neighbourhood close to the city with safe free street parking. North facing unit, sunny, warm and private with outdoor seating.
Upmarket neighbourhood with excellent shopping and public transport within walking distance from the property. Good local cafes both ends of the street, with good selection of restaurants in Newmarket, Remuera and Parnell 5-10 minutes drive from property.
