A warm welcoming sunny home, with beautiful natural light, set in a whimsical cottage private secured garden of your own. A safe and quiet neighbourhood. Comfort, cleanliness and relaxation can be expected at Rosedale Retreat, while being a ten minute walk from Windsor shopping and dining and 15 minute walk from our amazing Queens Park. A 5 minute drive to the city centre, to enjoy more eateries and some of our most wonderful attractions, including the world famous Transport World, where you will be mind blown by the extensive range of many decades of classic automobiles and a funky rock n roll vibe cafe, just to name a few. Coastal towns, such as Riverton, Colac Bay, Orepuki, are a short 30 -45 minute drive from Invercargill Plenty to do and see, as well as local walks in the near by area
Myself and my husband are both born and bred in Southland, while we have lived away over the years in various places, we have loved coming back home and raising our children on the farm, enjoying all the wonderful things Southland has to offer and of course all the amazing places and destinations surrounding Southland in the lower South Island.
A quiet and safe neighbourhood, very close to amenities such as the supermarket, bank, hair salon, doctor, physio, pharmacy, wine store, various cafe/bars and a wonderful variety of retail shopping also. Also very close to town and also nearby parks for kids and a very quiet neighbourhood with no road noise :)
