- SOLAR POWER ENERGY: Because our tiny home is off-the-grid, please refrain from using all electrical appliances at the same time. We also ask that you refrain from using high wattage electrical appliances such as portable heaters, electric cookers, etc. Doing so can overload the electrical system and may result in a loss of power. -CCTV there's cameras on the driveway and outdoor - FREE PARKING: Free on-site parking is available in front of the caravan. - The driveway is shared - Mobile signal some networks will have signal at some spots. Normally have mobile signal that comes in waves. There's unlimited wifi tho -To keep the cleaning fees reasonable the bbq needs to get cleaned after use please there's a BBQ brush and cleaning products at the bbq. There's an extra charge if left dirty. - Cooking there's no full kitchen just the appliances as listed. There's plates, forks, cups. No microwave No cooking things. A bbq with tools bring your own salts and oils if needed. We always happy to help if asked. There's NO Shower Animals There's animals around that make noises and doing animal stuff sometimes on the driveway and deck but normally on the grass. We got horses, Alpaca, sheep, goats, chickens and Turkeys
