This unit is located 2nd floor studio unit facing amenity. It is surrounded by restaurants and near shopping and transport facilities. Avida San Lorenzo is ideally situated on Chino Roces Ave. in striking distance to many attractions and shopping. The International Airport is in 15 minute's drive away. It is beside Skyway and just across Walter Mart Makati Mall. Very accessible by private and public transportation. Local and foreign convenience stores and restaurants are already in the building.
This is located in Makati Central Business District and 15 mins away from NAIA Terminal. It is very near the popular mall such as SM, Greenbelt, Glorietta. Our property is right beside Makati Cinema Square and popular Japanese, Chinese and Singaporean restaurants. Our location is also near Makati Medical Center. Some foreign embassies are near our place. Grab/Taxi is available 24/7
