My newly furnished condominium unit has a refreshing and homey atmosphere which is ideal for short to lengthy stays. Upon entering, the elegant chandelier instantly makes a statement to this comfortable home. A cozy queen size bed along with a perfect view of the flat screen television is ready for your entertainment needs. The kitchen area is designed and equipped to cater to a conducive dining experience. Bath amenities are also offered in the heater installed bathroom. Extra foam bed and linens are also available upon request.
The building is situated at the center of Bacolod City right across the street from the newly opened Ayala Mall Capitol Central that will surely provide you with the complete shopping, dining and leisure experience. It is particularly close to the Provincial Capitol Lagoon and 5 minutes away from SM City Bacolod as well. Also, 7/11 mini-mart is downstairs in case you need any quick buys. A quick walk or “trisikad” ride will take you to Lacson St. where many popular restaurants and cafes can be found. 24/7 security is available and the vicinity is known to be quiet and safe. I can happily refer you to Bacolod’s top dining and tourist destinations to make your stay more worthwhile. Welcome to the City of Smiles! I look forward to hosting you!
