Welcome to our humble home, your home away from your home! The house can fit up to 20 people. You have the entire 3 floors house to stay with complete privacy @ Deca Homes Cubacub Mandaue, with free wifi & Netflix, all bedrooms with air-con and unlimited wifi access. If you are looking for a budget place to stay for your short or long holiday with your big groups of 16 pax-or more, this is the right place for you. Just 5-10 mins to Savemore, Gaisano Metro/Grand, Ateneo Cebu, SM Consolacion, 20-30 mins to Sto Nino Church, SM Cebu
A caretaker is in charge to take care the needs of the guests. Kindly sms or message me when you need assistance during your stay.
You are staying in a residential area where you can have the privacy of your family/groups . Generally the area is very quite.But you can expect dogs barking once in a while. Carenderia is available few steps away if you don't feel cooking, there is also a laundry wash shop beside the small eatery, just expect to get your laundry in 2 days. If you feel exploring the neighborhood down to the main road where 7-11, Rose Pharmacy, Thai Massage is located, expect to walk about 15-20 minutes. Motorcycles are available near the entrance of the subdivision with minimal fee of 30.00 pesos. Ensure to ask the driver first before hopping on. If you have cars and you want to park for overnight, kindly ask my caretaker where to park. Options: or any available space near the house with free of charge or with a pay (depends on the owner of the space)
