Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. The condo unit SMDC Grace Residences is perfectly located near to most of the tourist places. Just 10 mins away to SM Aura, Venice Grand Canal and BGC. Also, 30 mins away to Airport and SM Mall of Asia. Our place is ideal for short and long term stay and walking distance to Starbucks and even convenience store.
Mall beside the building and walking distance coffee shop (Starbucks) and near Market2 and BGC.
