Felipa Beach and Guesthouse is located in a coastal area of Dumaguete City. Settled within the interior parts of a neighborhood, the entire property provides four guesthouses and two standard rooms that are all suitable for a relaxing vacation rentals. It is surrounded by tropical plants and has a sandy beach front, which allows guests to enjoy the coolness and freshness that nature has to offer. The space at the front of the guesthouses is designed with cottages that can be used whenever guests wants to de-stress by the bay and indulge the calmness of the ocean. All of these will surely make Felipa Beach and Guesthouse a perfect choice of accommodations as it would definitely turn holidays into a captivating story, especially for the beach enthusiasts.

BIRD OF PARADISE, one of the property's standard double rooms, designed with simplicity that can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults, is NEWLY RENOVATED and now cooled by an air-conditioner. A high-powered electric wall fan is also installed for those who don't want to use the air-conditioner. The room is furnished with a queen size bed, a small closet made out of bamboo, and a 2-seater dining table with chairs. It is equipped with an electric kettle, dishes and utensils, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The room provides an ensuite bathroom with unheated shower and toilet. An outdoor bamboo sitting area is set by the entrance of the room for guests to sit and relax while enjoying the garden view and some fresh air.

It is 4 minutes drive from Robinson’s Place Dumaguete, 8 minutes drive from Dumaguete Public Market, and 9 minutes drive from the famous Rizal Boulevard where you can find many restaurants that serves a wide variety of sumptuous meals. The downtown area or the commercial center of Dumaguete is also 9 minutes away by motor vehicle and Sibulan Airport is 19 minutes away.
