A 32 sq. meter studio unit in One Palm Tree Villas situated in the city of Pasay Metro Manila. The newest mid-rise condominium and contracted by Megaworld developer which is a residential and commercial area just across Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) Terminal 3. One Palm Tree Villas links you to Resorts World Manila. Our Unit 7S Cluster D is very simple unit and homey,high floor with nice view plus fully furnished studio type condo. The property has an outdoor swimming pool and garden. All of the units feature a private bathroom, flat-screen TV, fully-equipped kitchen, and balcony that offers view of the swimming pool. The rooms also have free WIFI, Netflix, YouTube, and closet. One Palm Tree Villas facilities and amenities has 24 hours security/CCTV to monitor the building and the public areas, It has wireless intercom in which you can immediately talk to the lobby guard on duty in any case of emergency or in need of assistance, Elevator 24 hours in service, Children Playground ,Shower Heater, Toiletries, Towels, Microwave, Refrigerator, Coffeemaker (Nespresso), Free bottled water upon check in and etc. Convenience store, supermarket and various restaurants like Chinese, Japanese, Filipino, and American are just few walks from the Condo. Starbucks Coffee Shoppe, Malls, Chapel, Casino, and Bars, is also near in the condo.
