About the neighborhood: The vibe is quiet and safe. We have cctv outside the main gate. Sometimes lively if there is a celebration. other places are historical such as Sta. Ana church. There is walking distance place where you can sit and rest “Syquia, Sta. Ana Circle” there is a small fountain and fish pond. Getting Around: On the Right side of EKG House Rental Main Gate There are a lot of food categories in that area if you walk (5-7mins) or ride a tricycle (2-3mins) going to Market Plaza sta. Ana (Street food & Canteens / Coffee and Milktea Shop/ 7/11 / Andoks/ Sta, Ana Market). It is walking distance to buy everything, fast-food like Jollibee, Mcdonald’s, Greenwich, Mang Inasal and Chowking, there are banks including BDO and BPI. On the Left side of EKG House Rental Main Gate You can see the Ayala circuit mall building. You can ride a tricycle (3-4mins) or walk (10-15 mins). Great for those who love shopping and bigger groceries (Shopwise and SNR).
