The fine print
Please note that currently in Szklarska Poręba there are technical issues, out of the property control, with the reception of a terrestrial TV.
Please note that construction work is ongoing throughout the property from June 2024 to August 2025. We're very sorry for any inconvenience.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
A damage deposit of 300 zł is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
When staying at the property with children, please note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors, to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult with whom they are staying.
