Company information

BOŻENA AND AREK We moved to Karkonosze in 1993 from Wielkopolska. The house on Bujwida street has changed since then. We wanted to preserve the local character of the village cottage with a gabled roof and independent porches. We created most of the reconstruction concepts ourselves. We want to share the homely atmosphere with our guests and we make every effort to do so. We will be happy to tell you about the attractions known only to local residents. PAULINA AND KUBA If you are interested in booking Black Stork Hut, we are the first people you will contact. We deal with art in its broadest sense on a daily basis, we graduated from the University of Arts in Poznan (ASP). Paulina works with artists and creates artistic projects. Kuba is an architect and designer. We love mountains and support the development of the cottage in terms of visual and branding.

THE HARMONY OF PEACE AND ATTRACTIONS. The unique Black Stork Hut in Podgórzyn provides everything necessary for relaxation and comfortable rest with family and friends. In a one-storey hut there are 5 unique theme rooms. We rent both the whole cottage and the first floor with two rooms or the 1st floor with three bedrooms and a living room. On the first floor there is a large, fully equipped kitchen. On each floor there is an independent bathroom.

Neighbourhood information

Podgórzyn is a quiet village located in the Jelenia Góra Valley. It is located in the center of the most popular tourist attractions of the Giant Mountains. It is an ideal place to relax with family and friends, as well as a starting point for skiing and cycling, to the forest, the mountains, the Czech Republic. Residents lead a very peaceful and idyllic lifestyle here. It is worth mentioning Podgórzeñ, the presence of white and black storks. Opposite our hut, in a mountain stream, you can sometimes observe this unusual bird. In spring and summer, our yard also hosts other interesting species: blackbirds, shrubs, hedgehogs, cranes, skylights and cockchafers in May.
