Our apartment has been equipped with air conditioning with the function of air purification and ionization, as well as a modern heating system, which is operated by a Wi-Fi network. The apartment has a private sandy beach with real palm trees, wooden sunbeds and atmospheric lighting. The apartment has an LED TV with game console and Netflix film package. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, where, among others, we find: induction hob, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker and toaster. The apartment has a comfortable bathroom with a spacious shower. In front of the apartment there are benches and banquet tables. In the garden you will find a patio, a place for a bonfire, a stone barbecue, a large jumping trampoline for children and a playground. The apartment is located next to the walking and cycling path that runs along the shores of Lake Żywieckie.

Our apartment is located next to the newly built walking and cycling path with educational boards about the area. The path runs along the shoreline of the lake. Its beginning takes place on the beach, where there is a bar and restaurant. The path leads to Szczyrk. In the area you will also find the beautiful Żylica River, where you can easily organize a great picnic. The area is conducive to walking, cycling and water sports, where on our beach there are rentals of all types of floating objects. Our apartment is also a good starting point for skiing and snowboarding, where you can easily reach Szczyrk, Góra Żar or even Pilsko. Our location allows the use of many attractions of the region while maintaining accommodation in a quiet and peaceful place. Our apartment has a good connection with Centrum Żywiec, where it can be reached in a few minutes. For this reason, we often host participants of the Men's Play Final. In winter, ski instructors are stationed with us, and thus our guests can start the adventure with ski slopes on special conditions - also in the evenings with a cup of mulled wine.
