Founded in 2010, we are a local property management company based in Lisbon. We exclusively manage all of our RENT4REST properties. Each of them has been selected due to its unique characteristics such as a great view, excellent location in the city centre or beachfront. So, whether you are planning a business trip, a romantic getaway or a vacation with family and friends, we have furnished and equipped our houses to make sure you feel comfortable.

Property information

Estoril Beachfront Apartments are 3 different self-catering apartments. A balcony studio facing the casino gardens, a studio and a one-bedroom apartment both with no balcony but large windows with scenic views over the gardens. All the apartments feature a comfortable seating area, air conditioning, a double bed and a private bathroom.

Set at 100 meters from the Estoril Train Station, it has good access to transportation and it is close to local shops (restaurants, pharmacy, banks, groceries, etc) and car parking. This well-located Estoril Beachfront Apartment is just a 5-minute walk from the renowned Tamariz Beach, ideal for guests wishing to enjoy sun lounging, swimming or going for walks in the seafront boardwalk. Estoril is a very beautiful village by the sea, a 25-minute drive from the Lisbon centre and a 15-minute drive from the magical Sintra Village. Lisbon features historical areas such as Alfama, Belém, Chiado, Rossio and Bairro Alto. The Portela International Airport is a 26-minute drive away.
