The living room is large and with excellent natural light, thanks to its south orientation, which offers you a great sea view from the balcony. The property is ten minutes by car from the airport and Funchal. A real advantage for those who want to be close to the city and near the east side of the island. With a maximum capacity of four people. The apartment is fully equipped with all amenities you might need for a pleasant stay. City tax: As the apartment is located in Santa Cruz, it is subject to the tourist tax (eco tax). It's 1EUR per day, per person, up to 5 days for those over 18 years old, from the 1st of January of 2023 this amount will increase to 2EUR, up to 7 days for those over 18 years old.
