For added convenience, there is also a small adjacent room next to the living area, offering more privacy for those staying in that space. The living room is bright and modern, and the kitchen is fully equipped with essential appliances. There's also a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer, ideal for longer stays. Towels and Wi-Fi are included. Free street parking is available (subject to availability), and there are also paid parking lots nearby. With unique decor, excellent natural light, and a central location, this apartment offers comfort and functionality for a memorable stay — whether you're visiting for leisure, work, or study. For me, comfort, a good location, and a peaceful atmosphere are essential.

Nearby is also the Parque Verde do Mondego, a large green space by the Mondego River, ideal for walks, picnics, and outdoor leisure moments, with relaxing views and walking trails. The Mondego River, which runs through the city, offers a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere — perfect for enjoying nature in the heart of the city. The area is also well served by public transport, making it easy to reach other parts of Coimbra.
