A house in the tranquility of Alentejo, 30 minutes from Évora (the center of Alentejo), with a pool (available from May to October) and plenty of spaces to spend a very pleasant time in Alentejo. It’s 8 minutes from Praia da Amieira and 5 minutes from Reguengos. We are two longtime friends, accustomed to the hustle and bustle of city life and in need of an escape from the chaotic energy that urban lives offer. We discovered this haven where we can slow down to the rhythm of nature and engage all our senses throughout the day, something we don’t often do in our daily lives: waking up to the chirping of sparrows inhabiting our trees, smelling the fragrance of oranges we pick from the courtyard, and feeling the refreshing water of our Alentejo tank on a sunny summer day. At night… of course… we enjoy a glass of wine (or a non-alcoholic drink for the younger ones) while contemplating the stars, reminding ourselves that even in the deepest darkness, beauty can be found.
