Discover Bucharest and feel at home in this unique apartment with FREE PARKING located in a historic monument villa, ultra-central and very quiet, with a design that combines the classic with the modern, just a glance away from the most important historical, cultural sights, cafes and restaurants in Bucharest. It is ideal for vacation, family or business. Access to the area is easy from any direction by subway, bus or car for which there is free parking. The entrance to the apartment is separate. The apartment is located in a romantic space, the attic of the building on the second floor. The villa being a historical monument, an architectural jewel in neo-Romanian style from the interwar period, it does not have an elevator.

The house is located in the most select area of ​​Bucharest, Soseaua Kiseleff, a neighborhood of interwar villas, a green and quiet area. Nearby is the Arc de Triomphe, Romexpo, the Government of Romania, the embassies of Germany, Italy, Russia, Sweden, Ukraine, and the United States of America. A 5-minute walk away is the largest park in Romania, King Mihai I Park (formerly Herăstrău) and Kiseleff Park. Bus line 783 that connects to Henri Coandă Otopeni Airport has a stop opposite, and the Aviatorilor and Piața Victoriei metro stations are a 5-minute walk away. It is an area full of culture with museums: the Grigore Antipa National Museum of Natural History, the National Museum of the Romanian Peasant, the National Village Museum, the National Geological Museum, the Elisabeta Palace, the Royal Palace, the National Art Museum, the Romanian Athenaeum - the temple of classical music. A 15-minute walk on Calea Victoriei (the city's most vibrant commercial artery) is the Old Center with numerous restaurants, clubs, entertainment spots and culinary delights.
