The Downtown Dell'arte srudio biggest adventage is it's location with its peaceful and comfort vibe. Apartment combine quietness as it is garden-oriented and liveliness since it is just a few steps away from the main pedestrian zone with many cafe's,bars, restaurants, theatre and cinema. During the winter time its warm with central heating and during summer you can use Air Conditioner to make it your own way. Guests will have all the needed appliances in the fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, air condition, wi-fi internet, LCD TV with cable TV and extremely comfy sofa-bed suitable for two adults. The price also includes the following: free bed sheets and linens, as well as towels, shampoo, shower gel, soap. In the kitchen, you will find some basic ingredients such as coffee, tea, salt, sugar, pepper, some spices … free of charge.

Old town of Novi Sad is heart of the city and it is the most beautiful part. Mix of several architectural styles, cultural monuments and tourists attractions, plus restaurants, bars and clubs on every corner will satisfy every one of you. There is no better place to fell the energy of the city and people in it. In the neighborhood you will find everything important for your staying in Novi Sad: supermarkets, green market, fast food corners, bars, restaurants, bakeries, exchange offices, ATM machines, pharmacies, post office, theatre, cinema etc. For example (walking distance): 2 min: Bishop's palace, National Theater, "Laze Teleckog street" (main club&bar street), the main Cathedral, main pedestrian street, Liberty square, Danube park, taxi station 3 min: "Riblja pijaca", the oldest green market in town 7 min: Danube river 10 min: "SPENS" sports center and football stadium 15 min: Petrovaradin's fortress, EXIT festival
