The fenced yard offers a terrace, slide, barbecue, and parking. The house features a living room with a kitchen and dining area, bathroom, and two bedrooms. It is equipped with Total TV, Wi-Fi, wood heating and radiators. Nearby are the Nagramak ski slope, Mitrovac, a church, grocery store, and traditional restaurant.
