Property information

We turned one of the oldest buildings in the very center of Novi Sad into a modern complex, which consists of 8 fully equipped apartments, both for short and long stays. What sets us apart from other accommodation facilities is that we combine the reliability and service of a hotel with the simplicity of renting out private facilities. Entrance to the apartments is self-check-in, which means that you can enter at any time with your code. Check-in, request for clean towels, breakfast in the apartment, etc. Everything can be solved with a simple request over your phone, we are available for you at any time.

Neighbourhood information

In the very center of the city, from Zmaj Jovina Street to the Ruthenian Greek Catholic Church, there is one of the most beautiful city streets in Novi Sad, Svetozara Miletića Street, or as the people of Novi Sad call it briefly and clearly - Miletićeva. Few streets in Novi Sad can boast that such a large number of famous people, intellectuals, writers and academics lived in it, as Miletić Street can. In the middle of this beautiful and picturesque street is the Manoir apartment complex.
