The Premium Suite apartment with a view of the city is located in Novi Sad, 300 meters from the Promenada shopping center, 300 meters from the SPENS Sports Center and a 5-minute walk to the center and near the student town. This facility offers free private parking (garage), WiFi, porter 24/7. Air-conditioned apartment consists of 1 bedroom, living room, fully equipped kitchen with oven, bathroom with shower. Towels and bed linen are provided in the apartment. *** CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT *** Check-in time is at 14:00 hrs Check-out is at 11:00 am (non-agreed late checkouts will incur on a 20 euro charge per hour late) *** HOUSE RULES *** - Parties, drugs, loud noise or any kind of disturbance towards the neighbors are completely forbidden, with a penalty of 200 euro and possible eviction - Please observe quiet time between 10pm - 9am. - Respect your neighbors and be respectful in common areas (hallways, entrance, elevator, stairs). - Loss of keys will have a 100 euro charge per key lost. - Smoking on interior areas will have a charge of 100 euro + all cleaning fees involved. - Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. - Please leave the apartment in a respectable condition. - Not following those rules will incur on a monetary sanction and the full responsibility of any fines from the local administration or authorities.
