Studio apartment located in a lovely and comfortable place in the center of Borgholm. 4 people+1 per studio / 2 studio in the location. The house contains several apartments. 1 km from the beach in Borgholm. 700 meters from central Borgholm. 1.1 km from Borgholm Castle. 1 km from the bathhouse 600 meters from the new bathrobe promenade, swimming area and new jetty. 200 meters from Ica supermarket/ Storgatan in Borgholm. 200 meters from bus stop or 1 km from bus station. Newly renovated in 2024 with private entrance that has 1 bedroom, living room with kitchenette and bathroom. Bedroom with 2 single beds and wardrobe. Bunk bed. There is 1 extra bed if needed. Dining area, stove, fridge and freezer, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. Smart TV. Bathroom with shower. Hair dryer. Highchair. Wifi available Towels and bed linen are included. Patio with good outdoor furniture. Grill. Playground for the children. Free parking right outside.
