Sustainable tourism, Greek hospitality and warm welcome to MUSES BNB, a nice and cozy bed & breakfast in Hälsingland. Enjoy your stay in the Swedish countryside in an old-time (1930) traditional wooden, eco-friendly accommodation. Your stay in a typical wooden Swedish big house is the best and sustainable way to minimizes negative impacts on the environment while maximizing benefits for the local community. Activities in Bergvik are including skiing, cycling, hiking, lake swimming, and fishing. Söderhamns Golf Course is 17 km away. Free tea and coffee is available and a rich continental breakfast is served every morning. Towels and linen are included in our prices. Our Swedish guests will have to forgive us the fact, that communication will be mostly in English, French or Greek languages!

Bergvik is a locality situated in Soderhamn Municipality, Gavleborg County, Sweden with 834 inhabitants The first sulfite paper pulp factory in the whole world was built in Bergvik back in 1874 Part of the original factory building now houses an industrial MUSEUM and restaurant. In the museum, the visitor can learn more about the industrial development in the lower part of Ljusnan and about CD Ekman, who made the sulphite paper pulp method possible industrially. The premises are also suitable for conferences, cultural events and meetings.
