Newly renovated apartment close to the city center, next to the bus station, less than 1 minute walk away, only 3 stops to Hjalmar Brantingsplatsen and 5 stops to Brunnsparken/Centralstationen. 14 minutes drive to the city center, 16 minutes drive to the famous Liseberg Park. Convenient transportation, and free parking. The apartment is located on the first floor of the villa, with an independent outdoor small garden. With Yale smart combination lock, you can self-check-in & check out, which is convenient and fast. Five new large glazed windows with triple-layer soundproof glass provide good lighting, plenty of sunlight, and a wide field of vision. Brand new Kvik kitchen cabinets, Siemens and Electrolux kitchen appliances, equipped with oven, microwave, induction cooker, cooker hood, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, refrigerator, bathroom with washing machine with drying function, towel drying rack, and underfloor heating. Convenient for shopping, 8 minutes walk to Coop supermarket, 2 stops to Selma Lagerlöfs Torg, 3 stops to Hjalmar Brantingsplatsen, where there are large shopping malls, as well as Coop, Hemköp, Ica supermarkets, and various restaurants with different flavors.
