Lovely house with 3 bedrooms located in the woods with scenic surroundings and direct access to hiking. There are 2 double beds and 2 single beds. In addition, there are 2 junior beds (max. 3 years). The house is located close to Klåveröd's hiking area with many marked paths. The plot is 1500 m2 and is a natural plot, so the grass can be high. It is allowed to bring a dog - not cats! The house is heated by underfloor heating and there is free WiFi. The house was built in 2004 and is equipped with general amenities and kitchen utensils. It is possible to charge your electric car in the driveway for a fee via the app. Further info in the house.
We are a Danish family that loves nature and activities in nature. That's why we love our Swedish cottage, which we hope you will look after.
Distance to Skäralid (Kopparhatten) and Odinsjöen approx. 10 km by road - shorter for hiking. Here you will find additional hiking trails. Nearest town Ljungbyhed, where there is a grocery store, petrol tank, pharmacy, restaurants, hardware store, patisserie, ATM, etc. In Ljungbyhed there is also a golf course that receives guests. It is possible to fish in eg Klåverödsdammen (3.5 km). In Röstånga and Klippan there are tourist agencies. If the winter provides enough snow, there are ski tracks that run right behind the house, and toboggan run opposite the parking lot in Klåveröd. The official start of the ski trail starts at the parking lot in Klåveröd. There is also a ceramicist "Bente Brosbøl Hansen", who is happy to show his things. She has several times won the world championship in turning. Söderåsens Älgpark is close by and is worth a visit.
