On the second floor, you’ll find a welcoming, fully equipped kitchen designed for everyday use, with a dining area that overlooks the lake and the charming village. The spacious living room offers a comfortable space to relax or work, while two bedrooms with double beds provide restful retreats. One of the bedrooms includes a desk for private work. A bathroom with a shower completes this floor. Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms with a total of three single beds, each equipped with a desk for those who need a quiet space to work. This floor also features a WC, but no shower. The basement level offers more casual sleeping arrangements in two simpler bedrooms, as well as a gym, shower, and sauna available by arrangement for your relaxation. Step outside onto the large furnished terrace, perfect for socializing and enjoying the surrounding landscape. A nearby walking path leads you down to the lake and offers a peaceful stroll around the water. The rental price is for one person.
