UNITY is suitable for both short and long stay property with different types of studio apartments designed by Tom Dixon. The historic building was previously a proud part of the Hammarby ship building industry and has now been rebuilt for the 21st century. The building is suitable for everyone with requirements for flexibility, design and location. It is a managed, safe and secure residence. It has been built to the highest possible levels of sustainability and energy efficiency. Residents have access to a range of amenities including lounges, lobby café, fully equipped gym and changing rooms, meeting rooms, a beautiful garden and roof top terrace. Fast wifi and professional grade AV is provided throughout. The residence is designed to be keyless, touchless and paperless.

Neighbourhood information

Fantastic location just 15 minutes away from Stockholm's city center. Close to nature and city life makes the location suitable for any kind of trip to Sweden's capital. Hammarby Sjöstad is one of Stockholm's growing districts, a lively place with restaurants, cafés, grocery stores and with good public connections. Here you are also close to concerts and events at the Ericsson Globe and Tele2 Arena, which is only a 5-minute drive away. If you're after some fresh air, Hammarbybacken, Stockholm's city-center ski slope, is excellent for a day of downhill skiing or running downhill intervals. The Nackareservatet nature reserve is an all-year-round attraction for people who love the outdoors. Hammarby Sjöstad’s bike and pedestrian-friendly streets offer several easy connections to Stockholm: Tram - The “Tvärbanan” tram runs between Sickla and Solna station via Hammarby Sjöstad and Gullmarsplan. Subway – Nearby Gullmarsplan Station is just five stops from Stockholm Central - a 15-minute trip. Ferry - Hammarby has ferry service to the city centre. Luma ferry is just a 5-minute walk away and takes you to the city centre in 30 minutes.

Need-to-know information for guests at this property

For reservations longer than 28 nights UNITY requires a deposit to be paid. For reservations of 28-59 nights a deposit of 5 000 sek is required and for reservations of 60-90 nights a deposit of 10 000 sek is required. The deposit needs to be paid 7 nights prior to arrival. UNITY allows a maximum stay of 90 consecutive days. For further stays there needs to be a break of 2 nights between reservations. The new opening hours of the front desk is 7AM-9PM. Our guests will receive a welcome letter with instructions regarding late check-ins and as well as digital check-in. Weekly cleaning is included in the rate. Extra cleaning is available for additional fee
