Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located apartment with private parking in a garage. 3 min walk to the beach, grocery store across the road. Private allocated parking. All the appliances and some of the furniture brand new. 10 min walk to town centre. The size of the bed is 160×200 cm, and the size of the sofa bed is 140x200 cm. The apartment has a balcony.
