Cosy, with lots of light and fresh air from the garden. Fully equipped and only 15-18 minutes walk from peaceful place to the old town along the Ljubljanica river. With cheap street parking: prices are 0,70 eur/h in cash or 0,60 eur/h via application EasyPark. Monday to Friday between 7:00-19:00h and free of charge on weekends. Safe and plenty of them, just in front of the apartment. You get all the instructions and every vital information on the spot - printed Info pamphlet. Treat it like it's your own home. NO SMOKING IN THE APARTMENT OR AROUND APARTMENT (TERRACE, ENTRANCE) OR ANYWHERE ON THE PROPERTY. YOU CAN DO IT IN THE STREET AT BLACK GATE. THANKS. New building. Second home. Homy, cosy, with soul. There's everything you need for living on 45m2. Sunny, near city center. Peaceful and quiet location. Best for a couple or family with two kids. Open space with view to sunny garden. You have a master bed,160-180/200cm in the bedroom and a daily bed, 80-160/200cm in the living room. Kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, oven (only PH), microwave, sink. All the dishes. Washing machine is in the bathroom. 32" LCD with all cable channels in bedroom and living room. Fast and reliable FTTH internet (speed 500/100Mbps), wireless.
