A charming year-round destination with direct access to ski and bike trails with a large terrace. It will please you with its remodeled interior with a retro touch for families with small children, young couples as well as sports enthusiasts. Perfect relaxation for families, couples or digital nomads all 365 days! Apartment house is at more than 1,000 meters above sea level, the heights are surrounded by tall spruces, which are an idyllic scene between enjoying the spacious terrace and other living room premises. Spruce trees were also the inspiration for the selection of interior design characterized by high-quality materials, minimalist style, and connection with nature. 100 % of relaxation!
Paradise with a teracce surrounded by trees! The ski slope and bike park is just few steps away, while your vehicle stay on private parking area next to the apartment house. Grand Hotel BELLEVUE is 5 minutes walking from apartment house and there you can order breakfast or lunch with local cuise, while the city centre of Maribor is 30 minutes distance with car or 15 minutes with cable car.
