Cozy 2-room apartment in a green area of Rimavská Sobota, just 2 minutes from the cycling path to the Kurinec recreation area. Free parking in front of the building, 3 minutes by car or 12 minutes on foot to the city center. Nearby playground, bus, hospital, and train station (5 min). Ideal for couples, families, and individuals looking for a peaceful environment with excellent accessibility. Please be aware that the apartment is located on the 4th floor with no elevator.
