SAFE HOUSE NO.12 - ENTIRE RENTAL PLACE Located just a 5-minute walk from the MRT Yellow Line - Yaek Lam Sali Station and 7-11. The house located among vibrant local residences, small businesses, and inexpensive street food stalls. 3.5 Storey townhouse with: 1st floor - Living room, kitchen and one toilet MF floor - free space 2nd floor - 2 bedrooms with share shower bathroom. 3rd flooe - master bedroom ensuit bathroom with bathtub. For Up to 6 people Fully equipped kitchen, Pool table and Parking space, 3rd floor Master bedroom with bathtub For long stay, cleaning with changing towel and bedding are available upon request with additional fee. (1500thb per time) 24-hour self-service laundry machines, coffee shop and grocery store next door. Airport transfer service available for a fee.

Safe House No.12 is located in a vibrant alley among local residences and apartments. You can try the street food or visit our neighbor, Matchamellow Café, for a cup of coffee and Thai-style fast food. A local grocery store next door is open until 11 PM, and the Fabric Wash & Dry shop is open 24 hours for your convenience. Please feel free to explore the area and experience the local vibe. Safe House No.12 is located between Matchamellow Café and the Fabric Wash & Dry shop. By MRT: From the MRT Yellow Line - Yaek Lam Sali Station (YL09) Exit 1 (ground floor), turn right and then take another right into Soi Ramkhamhaeng 58. The building is on your right, 100 meters from the main road. By Taxi: Enter Soi Ramkhamhaeng 58, and it is 100 meters on your right. For Taxi (in Thai): ซอยรามคำแหง 58 เข้าซอย 100 เมตร ขวามือ อยู่ระหว่างร้านสะดวกซัก กับร้านกาแฟ Matchamellow By Car: ํYou can park in front of the building. Look for the Safe House No.12 sign.
