Our condo provides free shuttle bus to the mall and BTS. The condo is clean and tidy. The facilities in the condo are the same as the pictures. There are free WiFi in the room and co-working space and a large infinity pool and a gym. There are co-working spaces and rest areas room in a second floor for free use, and also have a minimart in the condo. There is a movie room and a party room on the beautiful top floor. Booking is required for 28 nights or more. Check-in Guidelines 1. Guests can choose flexible check-in and check-out times. 2. To conserve water and electricity, each tenant is allowed a maximum electricity usage of 2,000 THB per month. Any excess will be charged to the tenant. 3. No cleaning service is provided during the stay. 4. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the room and on the balcony.
I will spend a lot of time tidying up the room, cleaning it up and keeping it hygienic so that tenants can move in with peace of mind and provide convenience and help to tenants as much as possible.
The condo is close to large shopping malls, international schools, hospitals, restaurants, beverage stores and highways.
