For resort transfers, guests must contact the resort directly and make a booking in advance at least 3-5 days before the arrival date, to check the scheduled transfer time.
Compulsory New Year's Eve Gala Dinner On 31st December is required to pay with resort team or directly book via Email reservation@santhiya.com for Santhiya Phuket Natai Resort & Spa directly.
New Year's Eve Gala Dinner (31st December), there is additional charge as below;
- Child age 0-1 year stays free with an accompanied adult.
- Child age 2-11 years old will be charged THB 1,500++/person/night and including breakfast.
- Adult age 12 years old and over will be charged THB 3,000++/person/night and including breakfast.
Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Please inform Santhiya Phuket Natai Resort & Spa in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A damage deposit of THB 3,000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property.
