Separate 80 sm house . Swimming pool, gym and sauna, as part of the owner house compound. The swimming pool is covered and solar heated. Big but non aggressive dog in the common garden area. In the house, 1 bedroom, 1 living room, dining area, kitchen with all necessary appliances, microwave, hot water kettle, toaster, full size refrigerator, 2 large smart TV, office desk, large dining table, two air condition units, washing machine. Locating 1 km from the new "Festival Mall", 1.2 km from market.
