Property information

There is no deposit required, and the water, electricity, and network are all free. Please note that this is a private villa, not a hotel. The front desk does not offer any services; you need to contact me for anything you require. This modern 4-bedroom villa is located in the Regent Villas area, just a 4-minute drive from Boat Avenue and about 3 kilometers from Bangtao Beach. The villa is perfect for relaxing with family or friends. It features a large private swimming pool, a fully equipped kitchen, and four double bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. The property has 24-hour security and CCTV monitoring. Our housekeeper is always on standby to assist guests during their stay.
