Ada Villas is an exclusive development of modern, luxury villas located on an elevated site in the Ladies Beach Area of Kusadasi with panoramic views of Long Beach and the Dilek National Park and mountain range. Each villa is over 200 square meters including 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, a comfortably furnished lounge, a well-equipped kitchen and a roof terrace with panoramic sea views. Each villa has its own private swimming pool and garden terrace area. All rooms have separate highly efficient air conditioning systems with remote control operation. Ada Villas comprises 11 luxury villas and an onsite mini-market, coffee shop and snack bar. All villas enjoy panoramic sea views with the deluxe villas having full unimpeded sea view. Ada Villas is a fully managed complex with 24 hour security and reception services and there is always someone on hand to assist you with your needs. The renowned Ladies Beach is just 1 Km away and there are a number of smaller quieter beaches also within walking distance. The nearest stop for the local minibus service is just 300 metres from Ada Villas and the resort centre, with its world famous cruise line port and luxury yacht marina, is 2.5 Km away.
