Property information

Clean, well-maintained apartment-type rooms are located in a separate residence with a swimming pool in the tourist center of the city, 100 meters from the city Aquapark and 300 meters from the Funicular and the famous Cleopatra Beach. There are all relevant permits and licenses for this type of activity in accordance with local legislation. There are many restaurants, cafes and shops within walking distance. In the park opposite there are free exercise equipment and nearby there is a private fitness center, car and bicycle rental. Payment for electricity and water will be made based on the meter reading in the apartment. It is possible to organize a transfer from the airport. At the time of move-in, a deposit of 100 euros is required, which will be returned upon check-out. Preference is given to married couples and in general to people who are looking for a relaxing holiday without incidents.
