“櫃檯人員親切友善，住宿位置不錯易找，辦理住宿或延後退房等手續方便快速 出入都會需要門禁卡，房間很乾淨整潔，床鋪超好睡，燈的切換開關上有明確標示是哪一個部分的燈（如玄關燈、浴室燈等等），非常貼心，浴室部分雖然空間小但設備都很不錯，蓮蓬頭的水柱很強，切換冷熱水也十分快速，馬桶部分是免治馬桶，吹風機也算是風量大不用吹很久好用的類型 電腦設備不錯，網速或是配備都很可以，也都附有個別的喇叭，拿來玩遊戲很足夠 住宿體驗整體來說覺得很滿意，下次如果還想找有電腦的房間會想再來”

“位在桃園捷運老街溪站附近，交通很方便。入住、用餐，以及退房時遇到的接待人員都非常親切有禮貌，房間有兩台不錯的電腦，只要不是太吃效能的遊戲跑起來應該都沒問題。隔音很不錯，外面大廳有小餅乾跟飲料可以取用，附近也有便利商店，不用擔心嘴饞或肚子餓。隔天早餐的主餐在入住時要先選好，早餐有驚豔到我們，是超乎預期的好吃，主餐的味道非常棒，是餐廳等級的美味。”

“第一次住電競館的住宿，感覺很不錯，很喜歡 設備也很棒，只是房間內的電腦沒有添加耳機，有耳機的話，對打遊戲的人來說超棒，有點小可惜，床的部分也很舒適，環境也很棒，房間內部還有提供電競館的小提袋超方便，然後早餐用餐的部分，真的真的超棒的，如果有機會會再來住的，謝謝”
