“房東快速解決其他房客大聲喧嘩狀況，很棒！ 因為獨自一人入住，自己1樓房間外剛好是戶外交誼區；週六晚上回來有注意到，有群男人在那區小酌歡聚，剛好自己工作回來怕被吵到無法休息，也會擔心自己安全（落地窗打開就能跟大家打招呼的距離），在23:00跟房東反應狀況，很即時協助處理！大概23:30外面的朋友準時解散，並同時跟我確認情形。 服務溝通效率佳！覺得很感謝～”
