Yi-Ching Winery has been established for twenty years. Every year, our winery continues to develop and produce a series of plum products. Despite the growth in the scale of our brand due to the accumulation of restaurant operations and the opening of the guesthouse, our commitment to the quality of plum wine, plum essence, plum juice, and plum vinegar has never wavered. We steadfastly uphold the attitude of 'treating customers as friends.' This belief is deeply rooted within the Yi-Ching family.
