“附近到市區都要一段時間，有免費早餐可以不用出門，還可以看風景吃早餐很棒！而且提供的非常準時，八點前就有服務人員在現場。另外房間內有除濕機，超級加分！！玻璃也很隔音，海浪聲是聽不到，可以靜靜在房內看風景用餐。”

“民宿離海岸只隔了一條馬路，白天有無敵的海景，晚上則有海浪聲伴隨入眠，但也無可避免的會夾雜車輛的引擎聲。😅😅 民宿的1,2樓是咖啡廳，3到6樓才是房間，户户有陽台、浴廁，沒有電梯，平日有小管家駐留服務房客。 房間內的裝潢簡約，陽台和房間內外用大片落地玻璃做為牆面，強調躺在房間內的床上就可以看到海景。 浴室的浴缸因為是水泥砌作的，表面是洗石子，坐久了屁股會痛痛，建議舖條毛巾會舒服多些。😄😄 有供應早餐，是美味的火烤三明治+紅茶。”

“入住當天剛好碰到潮境公園坍方，小管家非常貼心趕緊聯絡提醒改道。 小管家報到解說親切清楚。 五樓至高點海景房景觀極佳。 二樓接待外露台吃早餐怡然自得，濾掛咖啡很香。 退房因坍方故叫小黃車至瑞芳火車站稍微受限，小管家很貼心的做最壞結果的備案，還好順利搭乘小黃離開。”
