Квартира знаходиться на 22 пов. Маєте можлівість насолодитися чудовим видом Києва (особливо ввечері). Має дві окремих спальні, в кожній комфортне ліжко і розрахована для проживання 4 гостей (по 2 людей в кожній спальні). Розміщення на дивані у вітальні для спання є додатковою опцією та узгоджується заздалегідь; вся інформація є в правилах про додаткові ліжка Wi-Fi у вільному доступі

Поряд з будинком є великий супермаркет Novus з аптеками, обмінним пунктом та різними дрібними магазинчиками та Mcdonalds. Також поряд є декілька ресторанчиків (особливо рекомендую Very Well cafe (європейська кухня)). До метро Осокорки 3-5 хв пішки. Для паркування машини є два варіанти: 1). 1 хв від будинку поряд з Novus є платна парковка 2). стіхійна парковка в окрузі (на закритій території будинку парковка недоступна)
