Smart apartment in the center of the city, on Gavannaya st. 7. Two minutes walk to Deribasovskaya, Gorsad. 5 min walk to Ekaterina Square, the Opera House, Primorsky Boulevard. New, modern renovation. All amenities. Own kitchen (microwave oven, fridge-freezer). Dressing room (ironing board, iron). shower. There is a hairdryer. High-speed internet, TV. Folding, double sofa. Closed yard and front door. Safety guaranteed. There are parking spaces in the yard. There is also a paid parking lot next to the house.
I am always glad to have guests in our apartment and in the city of Odessa. very conscientiously approached the arrangement of the object, so that the guests were comfortable and you always had a desire to return. We carefully approach the cleaning of the object. We approach booking responsibly, we always meet you on time. If you need to agree on a different time, convenient for everyone, then I can go to a meeting.
The location of the house is 50 m walk to Deribasovskaya. Indeed in the center of the city. The main attractions of Odessa are located in a 2-5 minute walk: the City Garden, the Opera House, the Primorsky Boulevard, the Potemkin Stairs, the Seaport. To the beach Lanzheron and Shevchenko park 15 minutes by car. Top restaurants and other entertainment venues of the city are located around the house.
