Very spacious apartment with an extended living room and two balconies both with wonderful garden views. Three very spacious bedrooms, one of which is ensuite (self-contained). Extra toilet and bathroom shared by bedroom 2 and 3. Reliable unlimited fibre internet wi-fi (Zuku) and flat screen smart TV. Log in with your Netflix, Amazon or Apple TV credentials to enjoy streaming. Spacious kitchen with appliances to prepare or store food. Located in the secure Tirupati apartment building next to Sepal Heights. Apartment building is in a gated fence, parking spot for one vehicle and 24/7 security guard.

Excellently located in Bugolobi suburb of Kampala, within 10 minutes’ walk of Village Mall, 10 minutes’ drive to Kampala City Centre. Road to apartments is fully tarmacked (paved). Within walking distance of several amenities including Village mall, Bandali rise bar district, Bugolobi fresh produce market, FreshGo produce store and more. Within 5 minutes’ drive of Makerere University Business School, Lugogo Mall and Nakawa market. Enjoy dining in, dining out or taking out in the nearby restaurants and online ordering services: Traditional food (ShakaZulu, AfrikaHotPot) Continental Food (Cafesserie, Cafe Javas Lugogo, Drews and Jacks, Mad Hatters, Dancing Cup, Terranga) Street Food, Fast food (KFC, Chillies, Pizza Hut, ), Indian, Chinese and lots more.
