The unit is newly renovated with brand new granite kitchen counter tops, new tiled bath room, hard wood floors, new furniture, comfortable memory foam mattresses, new plumbing, electrical, HVAC, fiber speed WIFI, 55" smart TV, off street parking for 4 cars in driveway (in tandem). Seating area on front porch to enjoy morning coffee

Neighborhood info

This home is one side of a duplex. We own both sides and both are rented as short term/mid term rentals. The home is located on the border of the Lyon Park/Lakewood neighborhoods. We are close to Duke, downtown, Whole Foods, etc. Durham is a diverse and ever changing city. If this is your first time to Durham, please be aware that you will see people of all walks of life. There are many renovated homes nearby and you will find most local residents to be friendly. Please be courteous and respectful to all neighbors.
