WE ARE LOCATED ON A MOUNTAIN GATED COMMUNITY ADJOINING CAMEL BACK AND CAMEL BEACH RESORT MOUNTAIN. WE ALSO BORDER BIG POCONO STATE PARK. MY PLACE IS A 3 BEDROOM, 2 1/2 BATH TOWNHOUSE WITH A FULL KITCHEN,LIVING ROOM WITH FIREPLACE AND AN OUTSIDE DECK WITH A BAR-B QUE. WE ALSO HAVE A FULL SIZE WASHER AND DRYER. WE SUPPLY ALL LINENS,TOWELS,PAPER PRODUCTS,KITCHEN SUPPLIES,DISHWARE,SILVERWARE,GLASSWARE AND APPLIANCES. THE BEST FEATURE OF OUR PLACE IS WE ARE SKI IN/OUT CAMELBACK. OUR UNIT HAS THE BEST PARKING OPTION WITH 2 CARS IN FRONT OF OUR UNIT(FREE) OUR COMMUNITY HAS AN INDOOR HEATED POOL,SPA AND HOT TUB(FREE TO OUR GUESTS) OPEN WEEKENDS,HOLIDAYS AND ALL SUMMER. IN THE SUMMER CAMELBACK CONVERTS TO THE EAST COAST LARGEST WATER PARK WITH DOZENS OF SLIDES AND A WAVE POOL. SPRING AND FALL BRING BEAUTIFUL FOLIAGE, HIKING, HORSEBACK RIDING,WHITEWATER RAFTING AND CBK ACTION PARK. OTHER ARE ATTRACTIONS ARE CROSSROADS OUTLETS(100 OUTLET RETAIL STORES), MT AIRY CASINO, BUSHKILL FALLS, AQUATOPIA INDOOR WATER PARK, SKIRMISH PAINTBALL. OUR MOST POPULAR SEASONS ARE WINTER AND SUMMER BUT THERE IS PLENTY OF ACTIVITIES YEAR ROUND.
I HAVE BEEN GOING TO THE VILLAGE SINCE 1990 AND HAVE OWNED SINCE 2001. WE HAVE THE BEST OF ALL WORLDS HERE IN MY OPINION WITH PLENTY OF ACTIVITIES FOR THOSE THAT WANT TO KEEP BUSY AND A COMFORTABLE LAID BACK ATMOSPHERE FOR THOSE THAT WANT TO JUST RELAX. I AM A SKIER WHO LEARNED AT CAMEL BACK IN THE 60'S NOW GETTING LESIONS FOR THE 3d GENERATION. WE LOVE TO VISIT CAMEL BEACH A FEW TIMES EACH SUMMER. ITS A GREAT FULL DAY( IF YOU CAN SPLURGE RENT A PRIVATE CABANA). WE LOVE TO VISIT AS OFTEN AS WE CAN.
I INCLUDED MOST OF THE ATTRACTIONS IN THE FIRST SECTION BUT THERE ARE MORE. MANY LOCAL GOLF COURSES, BIKING EXCURSIONS AT SEVERAL LOCATIONS,WHITEWATER RAFTING, MT AIRY CASINO, CROSSROADS OUTLET MALL, AND OF COUSE THE 4 BIG ATTRACTIONS ADJOINING OUR VILLAGE- CAMEL BACK SKI RESORT, CAMEL BEACH WATER PARK, CBK ACTION PARK,AND BIG POCONO STATE PARK. THERE ARE DOZENS OF GREAT EATERIES AND RESTAURANTS ALL WITHIN A 5- 20 MIN DRIVE. OUR KIDS FAVORITE IS DESAKI SUSHI AND HABACHI. OUR COMMUNITY ALSO HAS 24 HOUR SECURITY AND CHECKIN GATE HOUSE, AND DON T FORGET TO PACK YOU SWIM CLOTHS FOR OUR FREE INDOOR HEATED POOL AND HOT TUB. I PROMIS YOU WILL HAVE A GREAT TIME
