There is a ton of space for your friends and family to spread out in this custom build 3000 sq ft property. Comfortably sleep up to 14 guests in our 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom home. We have 9 beds spread out across 3 levels, all with their own living rooms and kitchens. Hang out on one of our expansive patios and enjoy the sight and sound of ocean waves. Walk a few steps to the neighborhood boardwalk that takes you straight to the beach, or use the community pool/hot tub directly across the street.

Nestled in the highly desirable Sand Point Circle community, our beach house offers an unbeatable location with incredible amenities. Guests have access to a community pool and hot tub conveniently located right across the street, as well as a private boardwalk leading straight to the beach. To top it off, the neighborhood boasts the island's only beachside bar and restaurant, offering a unique dining experience just steps away. If you're looking to explore more, the vibrant downtown area with its array of restaurants and shops is just a few minutes away. Our property is conveniently located within the golf cart-friendly area, making it easy for you to explore the neighborhood and nearby attractions.
